When a Work-Trip Isn’t a Work-Trip at all: Four Days of Sun with Epiq Solutions

This year, we were thrilled to send all of our employees and guests on a long-weekend getaway to sunny Marco Island in Florida for four days of well-deserved R&R.

We wanted to acknowledge that EVERYONE on our team plays a critical role in our success each year.  This success at work is often made possible by the support we get outside of work from our family, and thus extending this getaway so that each team member could bring a guest of their choice to be part of the celebratory getaway helped recognize these contributions as well.

No strategy sessions, no trust falls. An actual, well-earned team vacation.

Just a short drive from Naples, Florida and the famous Everglades, Marco Island is the largest (and only) developed land among the state's Ten Thousand Islands. Featuring dazzling ocean views and beautiful beaches, it was the perfect destination for Team Epiq to engage in some truly important activities — four days of sunshine, swimming, and downtime.

From team dinners hosted alongside views of stunning sunsets to guided park tours, the trip gave everyone at Epiq Solutions the opportunity to come together and celebrate this great year.

We recognize how fortunate we are to have our amazing team — they drive the successes that make getaways like this possible.

Of course, we also never forget the role our customers play in paving the way for our success. Our team works hard year-round to develop cutting-edge solutions for the complex and evolving challenges of our customers.

At Epiq Solutions, maintaining a healthy balance between work and home life has been part of our culture since we started the company back in 2009. This is why we wanted to recognize the hard work and commitment of our entire team — as well as their partners and support systems at home.
Four days in sunny Marco Island is the least we could do to give back.
